These terms apply to the painting and decorating services provided by RL Paint. The specific scope, price and schedule for your project are set out in your written quotation.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time and remain valid for the period stated. Additional work identified during the project will be agreed with you before it is carried out.

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill, using materials appropriate to each surface. Where you supply materials or specify particular products, this will be noted in your quotation.

Payment terms are set out in your quotation. Any deposit and stage payments will be agreed in writing before work begins.

We stand behind our work and will return to put right anything that falls short. The terms of any workmanship guarantee are confirmed in writing with your quotation.
